1. Reservations

1.1. The credit card details provided is to guarantee the booking. The cost for the designated stay period will be payable upon arrival.

1.2. The credit card provided may be checked (pre-authorised) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.

1.3. Changes or cancellation of the reservation can only be done via email.

1.4. Cancellation or changes received and confirmed less than 72 hours from check in date will incur the first night’s stay being charged to your credit card. You will need to receive an email confirming your cancellation or changes.

1.5. No show: Guests who fail to check in will incur the full costs for the reservation period.

1.6. Fisher BnB is not responsible for cancellations or altered reservations due to guests input or any forced circumstances.

1.7. Upon confirmation, the room or bed will be reserved for you for a maximum of 3 hours after the indicated time of arrival. Please call us at +65 9437 1150 or email us at contact@fisherbnb.com if there is any delay.

1.8. A complimentary luggage deposit service is available for guests who arrive before the check-in time and are scheduled to depart after the check-out time. Departing guests should note that left luggage must be collected before 6.00pm on the same day.

1.9. Fisher BnB or any of its staff will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the luggage and personal belongings that are kept in storage.

2.0. For group reservations (6 beds and above) or stay period of more than 15 days, kindly email us your enquiry. Different terms and conditions will be applied for group reservations.

2. Check In and Payment

2.1. Check in time:  2pm. Check out time: 11am.

2.2. Our reception is open from 8.30am to 7.00pm daily. For check-in after 7.00pm, kindly let us know and we will email the complete self check-in guide to you 2 days before arrival.  

2.3. A valid passport and a copy of the confirmed reservation showing the correct details must be presented during check in. Fisher BnB reserves the right to reject any guest without a valid passport and the copy of reservation.

2.4. Full payment will be collected in cash (Singapore Dollars only) upon check in. No refund is allowed.  

2.5. A 4% administrative fee will be imposed for any credit card (Visa and Master only) transaction.

2.6. A SGD$20 refundable security deposit per guest is required upon check in. The deposit will be returned when you check out upon incident-free.

3. Etiquette

3.1. Individual lockers are available for your personal storage. Kindly bring 2 padlocks (shackle must be no larger than 5mm thick) to lock the doors.

3.2. The minimum age accepted for individual check-in is 16 years old. Children between 5-12 years old travelling with adults may stay as guests only under a booking for a whole room.  

3.3. No food, alcohol and drinks are to be consumed in the room.

3.4. No smoking is allowed within the premises at all times. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in smoking areas outside the premises.

3.5. One bed per person. No sharing of beds. 

3.6. Please note that bookings by Singaporeans/Permanent Residents, are subjected to management discretion. In the event of any dispute, the management has the final say. Priority will be given to tourists.

3.7. The guest will be responsible for any damages done to the property.

3.8. The management reserves the right to refuse guests on arrival or after check in if we deem that the guest is under influence of alcohol and behaves in a threatening or abusive manner.
